At the time of booking, will be required a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Total balance of your stay will be payed at check-in.

At check-in, will be asked € 250.00 of deposit in cash to guarantee any damage caused during your stay, which will be returned at check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment.

The price does not include:

€ 4.00 per night for each person over 12 years of age, as Tourist Tax of the City of Florence (IdS), only for the first 7 nights.

NEAR TO US
Nearby there is a nice supermarket offering everything you need for your stay.
Selected restaurants and pizzerias with special discounts for our guests.
We are close to Piazzale Michelangelo, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, famous old bridge named Ponte Vecchio, Signoria and Dome square, Uffizi museum and Accademia Gallery, and all the main sites of the city. Also near the New Maggio Musicale Fiorentino theater, Santa Maria Novella railways station, Congress Centre Palace and the Fortezza da Basso exhibition center.
Not far from our guest house there is a Gym, a tree-lined square with lots of games for children, including a soccer field.
Our guests can also enjoy the majestic Cascine Park, the real green lung of the city, spending time outdoors, playing sports, riding a bike or just take a walk.

RESIDENZA OLTRARNO Bed & Breakfast: LCD TV, possibility to prepare tea, herbal teas or coffee, use of the fridge.

CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 12:00 am to 2:00 pm.
You can do Check-in before 12:00 am only after our agreement.

Communicate always your arrival time. It is possible to do check-in in different time by our agreement with phone call or email.

For easy of cleaning, the apartment will be available from 2 pm, but You can do the check-in, leave your luggage and come back later.

We ask to our Guests to tell us a mobile number for any case because we are not always present inside the building.

To make your stay independent, on arrival we will give you the keys of the street door, room/s and the flat door.
If you lose the keys, you will be required € 30.00 for each key set lost.

Check-out: within 10:00 am our guests are kindly invited to leave the apartment.

PARKING
Parking at discounted price.
24 hours € 10.00 instead of € 18.00 (Public Parking in the street, within blue lines) with special cards to be requested at booking time.
Sundays and public holidays parking is free.
WE HAVE NOT RESERVED PARKING FOR CUSTOMERS.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
If a cancellation by fax or by e-mail at least 14 days prior to arrival, we refund the entire amount paid as a deposit, excluding bank fees.

In the event of cancellation if only partial, with less than 14 days notice, the amount paid will be retained in storage.
Cancellation of booking less than 14 days notice or no-show will be charged the full amount of the stay.

In case of late arrival and / or early departure on the dates agreed upon, the customer shall pay equally the nights.

(sending the deposit, or giving your credit card number, you agree to this cancellation policy).
If you send a cancellation by fax or by e-mail at least 20 days prior to arrival, we refund the entire amount paid as a deposit, excluding bank fees.
If you send a cancellation with less than 20 days notice, the amount paid as deposit will be retained in storage. If we were notified the credit card number to guarantee the reservation, we are going to charge the amount equal to the deposit requested.
If you send a cancellation with less than 20 days notice or no show without cancellation, we are going to charge the full amount of the stay.
In case of late arrival and/or early departure on the dates booked, the customer shall pay equally the total nights booked.

FLORENCE MUSEUMS
During high season (from April to October) and during the holidays (Christmas eve, New year eve, Easter), we recommend You to book in time your ticket for the major museums.
